Summary

Part of a package of eight bills to reform the legal and governance framework for Norfolk Island, the bill amends the

Health Insurance (Approved Pathology Specimen Collection Centres) Tax Act 2000
to ensure that the tax on the grant of an approval of a specimen collection centre applies to residents.
